Автономная дисрефлексия

Автономная дисрефлексия (АвтД) – опасное для жизни состояние, которое возникает у пациентов с повреждением спинного мозга на уровне 6-го грудного позвонка (Th6) и выше. В результате АвтД возникает дисрегуляция автономной нервной системы, что приводит к нескоординированной симпатической реакции и может привести к потенциально опасному для жизни повышению артериального давления, гипертоническому кризу и даже летальному исходу. Примерно в 85% случаев АвтД причиной является переполнение мочевого пузыря. Урологам необходимо понимать клинические особенности данного состояния и способы оказания помощи пациентам с АвтД.
