В настоящее время резекция почки как органосохраняющий метод считается стандартом лечения злокачественного новообразования почки стадии T1 в отсутствие противопоказаний. Роботическая система является интуитивно удобной платформой для выполнения резекции почки разной степени сложности. Техника робот-ассистированной парциальной нефрэктомии продолжает совершенствоваться, но по-прежнему не стандартизированна. В данной лекции представлено описание хирургической техники, результаты и осложнения робот-ассистированной лапароскопической резекции почки.
