Ретроперитонеоскопическая технология в хирургии забрюшинного пространства

Активное развитие малоинвазивной хирургии забрюшинного пространства с использованием эндовидеотехнологий ставит вопрос о наиболее рациональном доступе при данных операциях. В обзоре проанализированы исследования, посвященные сравнению чрезбрюшинного и ретроперитонеоскопического доступов. Рассмотрены преимущества и наиболее типичные осложнения, а также факторы, ограничивающие применение ретроперитонеоскопического доступа.
