Применение тамсулозина для профилактики развития острой задержки мочи в периоперационном периоде у пациентов хирургического профиля

Тактика ведения пациентов хирургического профиля в периоперационном периоде имеет множество особенностей. Одним из возможных осложнений разных операций является послеоперационная острая задержка мочи (ОЗМ). Для профилактики и лечения ОЗМ применяют препараты из группы α-адреноблокаторов. Тамсулозин – наиболее часто назначаемый α-адреноблокатор, применению которого у разных категорий пациентов посвящено большое число научных публикаций. Целью данного обзора литературы является оценка особенностей назначения тамсулозина в периоперационном периоде в качестве профилактики развития послеоперационной ОЗМ. Был проведен обзор опубликованной научной литературы в базах PubMed и Scopus с января 2013 по июнь 2023 г. По результатам обзора научной литературы, посвященной этой проблеме, выявлено достоверное снижение частоты развития ОЗМ в послеоперационном периоде при назначении тамсулозина. Персонализированный подход к применению тамсулозина до и после разных видов операций позволил оптимизировать периоперационное ведение пациентов и улучшить их качество жизни/удовлетворенность от лечения.
