Вторая часть данного обзора посвящена вопросам современной и перспективной диагностики рефлюксной нефропатии (РН) у детей. Рассмотрены преимущества и ограничения имеющихся методов регистрации структурно-функционального состояния почек в детском возрасте. Особое внимание уделено возможностям неинвазивных методов диагностики и прогнозирования течения патологии. Изложены данные о перспективных биомаркерах ранних этапов формирования и прогрессирования РН. В целях комплексной и адекватной оценки патоморфологических изменений в почках показана необходимость исследования в биологических средах различных комбинаций цитокинов с последующим определением оптимального спектра. В рамках изучения данных о чувствительности и специфичности молекулярных индикаторов почечного повреждения представлены потенциальные мишени ренопротективной терапии.
