Хирургическое лечение детей при нарушениях половой дифференцировки (НПД) – одна из наиболее сложных проблем детской урологии. Во второй части статьи мы продолжаем обсуждать противоречия, касающиеся хирургического лечения пациентов с классической формой врожденной гиперплазии надпочечников и 46,ХХ кариотипом – феминизирующей генитопластики и ее различных методов.
