Тактика ведения пациентов с аномалиями мочевого протока в детском возрасте

Цель исследования: пересмотр и возможная оптимизация лечебно-диагностического алгоритма, в первую очередь для детей с бессимптомными дериватами мочевого протока.
Результаты. Проведенное нами ранее скрининговое исследование позволило установить, что реальная частота встречаемости структур мочевого протока в детском возрасте значительно выше, чем принято было считать. Опираясь на наши данные, а также на данные литературы, в этой статье мы предлагаем алгоритм обследования и лечения детей с аномалиями урахуса.
Заключение. Мы считаем, что риск развития осложнений (в первую очередь малигнизации) ранее был значительно переоценен. В связи с этим мы склонны рекомендовать консервативную тактику при бессимптомном течении в большинстве случаев.
