Применение комплексных фитопрепаратов в профилактике и лечении инфекций мочевыводящей системы. Разбор активных компонентов

Инфекции мочевыводящих путей, в частности рецидивирующие, вызываются уропатогенами, которые после неоднократных курсов антибактериальной терапии могут приобретать устойчивость к антибиотикам, что требует поиска альтернативной стратегии лечения. В связи с этим восстановление неспецифических защитных факторов, препятствующих в норме адгезии и колонизации патогенов, находится в поле зрения клиницистов. К настоящему моменту накоплены научные знания об антиуропатогенной, а также антиадгезивной активности многих растительных экстрактов. Однако сообщения о специфическом действии фитокомпонентов ограниченны. В обзоре представлены данные по химическому составу, механизмам действия, эффективности in vivo и in vitro лекарственных растений, произрастающих на европейском континенте и используемых для профилактики или лечения острых и хронических (рецидивирующих) инфекций мочевыводящих путей.
