Дистанционная литотрипсия: достоинства, недостатки и перспективы

В статье представлен обзор современных подходов к лечению уролитиаза с использованием дистанционной литотрипсии (ДЛТ). Отражены клинические аспекты применения ДЛТ пациентами с мочекаменной болезнью, приведены основные технические характеристики литотриптеров, освещены ограничения и противопоказания к литотрипсии. На основе анализа основных препятствий для успешной ДЛТ приводятся данные о современных тенденциях развития метода и повышения его эффективности.
