Современные способы оперативного лечения доброкачественной гиперплазии предстательной железы объемом больше 80 см3

Ориентиром выбора метода оперативного лечения доброкачественной гиперплазии предстательной железы (ДГПЖ) объемом более 80 см3 служат Клинические рекомендации Европейской ассоциации урологов (European Association of Urology – EAU). Текущие стандарты оперативного лечения – это открытая аденомэктомия, гольмиевая и биполярная энуклеация. Лазерная вапоризация, тулиевая энуклеация и трансуретральная элетрорезекция – операции второй линии. Некоторые способы находятся в стадии развития. Цель настоящей работы – систематизировать все имеющиеся пути хирургического лечения ДГПЖ больших размеров для более удобного практического использования.
