Разработка клинических рекомендаций «Цистит у женщин»

Статья посвящена этапам разработки клинических рекомендаций по бактериальному циститу в соответствии с приказом Минздрава России. Даны принципы отбора доказательных данных на основе мета-анализов, систематических обзоров и рандомизированных клинических исследований. Приведены шкала оценки уровней достоверности доказательств (УДД) и шкала оценки уровней убедительности рекомендаций (УУР). В соответствии с этими требованиями отобраны современные методы диагностики бактериального цистита, в том числе шкала оценки симптомов острого цистита (ACSS), дневник мочеиспускания. Даны современные подходы к лечению асимптоматической бактериурии, схемы лечения острого и рецидивирующего бактериального цистита. Приведены доказательные методы профилактики рецидивов цистита. Также представлена информация для пациентов, включающая рекомендации по образу жизни, питьевому режиму, факторам риска рецидивов цистита и разъяснения по заполнению опросников и дневников.
