Мочекаменная болезнь представляет собой одну из наиболее актуальных проблем клинической урологии. В настоящее время нет единого мнения о причинах камнеобразования, а также о роли различных факторов в развитии уролитиаза, однако все чаще исследователи основное внимание уделяют генетическим причинам. В статье приведен современный обзор данных о генетических полиморфизмах, ассоциированных с МКБ: rs1801197 и rs6776158 гена CASR; TaqI гена VDR; rs1801197 гена CALCR, rs3752472, rs650439, rs2853744 гена Klotho.
