Медико-социальные аспекты тестикулярного протезирования у взрослых и подростков

Обзор выполнен на основании публикаций о протезировании яичка в подростковом и взрослом возрасте, опубликованных в базах PubMed (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/) и Научной электронной библиотеки Elibrary.ru (https://elibrary.ru/), выборка публикаций ограничена статьями в научных рецензируемых журналах. Поиск проведен по следующим ключевым словам: «протезирование яичка», «структура пациентов», «социальная реабилитация», «социальная адаптация», «осложнения», «повторное тестикулярное протезирование» («testicular prosthetics», «patient structure», «social rehabilitation», «social adaptation», «complications», «repeated testicular prosthetics»). Выявлено 146 источников (преимущественно за последние 10 лет), имеющих отношение к теме обзора, непосредственно для цитирования и анализа отобрано 44 публикации, представляющих наибольшую научную ценность.
Тестикулярное протезирование яичка является важной составляющей психологического, физического благополучия пациента после орхэктомии, нормализации репродуктивной функции и половой адаптации [1, 2]. Дефект тела, возникающий после орхэктомии, в большинстве случаев воспринимается как психотравмирующее условие.
Оценка результатов протезирования как специалистами, так и пациентами, безусловно, заслуживает серьезного внимания, однако работы, освещающие этот вопрос подробно, единичны, противоречивы и не раскрывают проблемы в полной мере.
Многие вопросы, связанные с тестикулярным протезированием, остаются открытыми для дискуссии по настоящее время. В вопросах, касающихся оптимального возраста выполнения вмешательства, техники операции, осложнений, определяется тенденция хотя бы в общих направлениях и уточняются детали. Вопрос оценки результатов как с профессиональной точки зрения, так и с точки зрения восприятия пациента и его удовлетворенности в настоящее время далек от своего разрешения, потребность в таких исследованиях остается актуальной.
