Сексуальная функция пациентов, перенесших ра- дикальную простатэктомию: современный взгляд на проблему

Известно, что радикальная простатэктомия (РПЭ) – наиболее эффективный и стандартный на сегодняшний день метод хирургического лечения рака предстательной железы (РПЖ). Однако РПЭ сопровождается рядом осложнений, которые могут приводить к резкому снижению качества сексуальной жизни прооперированных пациентов. К основным осложнениям РПЭ относятся снижение полового влечения, ухудшение эректильной функции, деформации полового члена, нарушения эякуляции и оргазмическая дисфункция. В статье на основе данных литературы рассматриваются вопросы профилактики и реабилитации больных, перенесших РПЭ, описаны методы консервативной и хирургической коррекции осложнений, ассоциированных с хирургическим лечением основного заболевания.
