Современный взгляд на консервативную терапию симптомов нижних мочевых путей у мужчин

В обзоре литературы обобщены последние данные о монотерапии и комбинированном лечении симптомов нижних мочевых путей у мужчин с доброкачественной гиперплазией простаты. Отдельное внимание уделено последним публикациям по данной теме, результаты которых были доложены на 30-м Конгрессе Европейской ассоциации урологов. Альфа-адреноблокаторы, ингибиторы 5α-редуктазы, м-холиноблокаторы, ингибиторы фосфодиэстеразы 5-го типа служат основным классом препаратов для монотерапии. Комбинированная терапия вышеуказанными классами препаратов представляется наиболее перспективной частью данного направления в урологии, позволяя повышать эффективность лечения симптомов нижних мочевых путей вследствие доброкачественной гиперплазии простаты. Персонализированный подход к терапии включает тщательное обследование пациента и назначение терапии, согласно его индивидуальным нуждам.
